Return & Refund Policies
Due to COVID19 outbreak we are not accepting any returns. Only faulty items sent from HIJIBIZI are eligible for a replacement.
HIJIBIZI provides you one-time free size exchange services. Contact us with 5 working days after receiving the product via Email/ Facebook/ WhatsApp or simple Call us.
*Although we recommend you to check our Size Guide and clear any size related issues before purchasing.*
Return and Refund Procedure :
- You can parcel the t-shirt to our warehouse through any courier services of your choice. HIJIBIZI can arrange a pickup which is chargeable . Once we receive your parcel, a verification will be done and thereafter the new product/new desired size will be shipped with your consent.
- A request for replacement must be raised within 5 days from receiving the item.
- We don't have any refund policy, only return and exchange is possible.
All products must be in their unused, original condition and original packaging at the time of delivery to the return address.
- Incase of defective product, which is very unlikely as we check the products before dispatching, but just in case you do receive one, then call us as soon as possible. HIJIBIZI will exchange your product with ease. You can also WhatsApp us on our helpdesk number. Our associate will get in touch with you. You can also directly contact us on Facebook reporting such issues.
